Using Microsoft Word to make a Sticker Chart
Open the Microsoft Word program.Go to Insert, Pictures, and Clipart. If you type in a topic word in the box "search for clips", it will help you find something easier. Find a frame picture, highlight it and click OK. |
Once the clipart is on your word document, click on it and you should see little squares around it called "handles". Put your cursor on the bottom right corner square and the cursor will turn into a diagonal arrow. Click when you see the arrow and this will allow you to drag the corner to make the frame larger. |
Once you get the framed clipart the size you want, Go to Insert, Text Box and click. Put your cursor inside the top left hand corner of the frame, click, hold and drag the text box until it fills the inside of the frame. |
Put your cursor in the text box and go to Table, and click on Insert Table. Change the columns and rows to the amount of squares you want to fill in with stickers. You can change the height and width of the tables once the table is inserted. |
To change the height or width, put your cursor on the line you want to change. Once the cursor changes into an arrow, click, hold and drag the line to the position you want. |
