Open a New word document. Go to Table, then Insert Table. Change the number of columns to 4 and the number of rows to 4, then click OK. |

For a thick border, go to Edit, and Select All, then Format and Borders and Shading.

To put pictures in each box, have a folder set up with the pictures you want to use. Put your cursor in the first cell of the table Go to Insert, Picture, From File.

Highlight the picture you want to insert and click Insert.

Put your cursor in the next cell and insert a different picture. Continue until all the cells have a picture, letter, or number.
